What we're looking for
3+ years in implementation, DevOps, or technical support roles
Strong understanding of APIs, databases, and system integrations
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills
Comfortable training non-technical users
Bonus: Experience with automation platforms or workflow tools
