What we're looking for
4+ years in operations, process improvement, or management consulting
Deep understanding of business workflows (finance, operations, sales, support)
Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
Experience calculating ROI and building business cases
Comfortable presenting to executives and leading workshops
Bonus: Technical background or experience with automation tools
